The Righteous Movement aggressively reaches out to people who need to know God for themselves.

Rather than wait on this generation to come to God, we have decided to be like God and meet them where they are and teach them the significance of God’s ever relevant truths. We believe that Christ is for now, and should not be put off until later. Although our presentation is not traditional, our theological position is conservative.

The Bible
The Bible is God’s Word without mistake or error. It was written to, for and about all of creation. Although it was written by human authors, those authors were lead by the Holy Spirit. Because each scripture is God breathed every word is perfect and useful for our learning, growth and hope in Jesus Christ and all He offers now and throughout eternity.

2 Timothy 3:16, Romans 15:4, Isaiah 40:8, John 17:17, 2 Peter 3:16, Hebrews 4:12

The Trinity
God exists in relationship with himself. One being in three persons: The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Each have equal power and authority, yet have different job descriptions.

The Father
God’s greatness is beyond comprehension, a few adjectives are: Holy( set apart and in a class of His own), Omnipotent(all powerful), Omniscient (all knowing), Omnipresent (everywhere at all times), Faithful (never gives up on you), Full of Integrity ( He can not lie).

The Son
Jesus Christ is the Word made flesh. He is completely Human and simultaneously completely God. He is the Only way to righteousness. Jesus lived life without sin, and was unjustly killed as payment or sacrifice for our sins. His resurrection proved and paved the way for us to have life.

The Holy Spirit
Our life tutor, given to us as a gurantee of our relationship with Christ. He guides us into all truth and exalts Christ. He helps us understand when we displease God and gives us strategies to do better. He reminds us of who we are in Jesus, gives us power, spiritual gifts and abilites, and leads us to be more like Christ.

Man was created to exist forever. we will exist forever separated from God due to sin or unrighteousness, or together with God through salvation or righteousness. If we are separtated from God we will be in Hell. If we are together with God we will be in Heaven. Heaven and Hell are places of eternal existence and evey person will go to one or the other.

John 3:16, Romans 6:23, 1 John 2:25, 1 John 5:11-13, Revelations 20:15

Man is made in the image and the likeness of God to have dominion in the earth. Man was created to have fellowship and relationship with God but was separated from God through sin or disobedience. Once man sinned he became unrighteous therefore no longer able to have a relationship with a Holy God and now is in need of the saviour (The Son).

Salvation only comes through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the Cross. Salvation comes when a person place their faith in the death and resurrection as payment and proof of acceptance of payment for their sin. Salvation is a gift by grace from God that can not be earned or achieved. It can only be accepted.
